She has in bag her BSc in Political Science and went ahead for her M.A in International Relations and world order.. She also bagged professional certifications in HSE and Oil and Gas Management.. She is also an Alumni of Enterprise Development Centre of The Pan Atlantic University.

Olashile uses her cooking talents to feed the underprivileged and she calls it #Soupastreetministry, she also travels to remote villages to empower orphans on how to make Ankara accessories for free (a skill she learned when she was serving - NYSC) amongst her other charity works..

Her brand Soupamarket is a force to reckon with as she has worked with brands like Nestlé, Maggi, Cadbury, Google, Fan Ville, etc. She exports her soups internationally to countries like Spain, US, UK, Canada etc on demand.. She also produces other household over the shelf products like Soupa Ofada sauce oil, Soupa Pepper soup spice, Soupa Suya Spice, Soupa Blends, Soupa Hot Pepper Sauce

There is also Soupaeasy - This is solely to source for raw ingredients should the client want to cook themselves but don't have the time to shop..

Olashile is also a public speaker and she is passionate about helping people with open mind discover their purpose in life..

She has helped victims get Justice overtime through her network and advocacy , something she does silently....
